There should be 12 loops left under the shoulder, which are reduced by 4 loops in 3 steps. Start decreasing under the shoulder after the 4th decrease in the neckline (after 2). On 2.5 mm knitting needles, cast on 96 stitches and knit 5 cm with a 2x2 rib. Then switch to 3.2-3.5 mm knitting needles and, placing 6 pattern motifs, knit 46 rows until decreasing under the neckline. Decrease starting from the center by 1 st. 5 times in each row. and 13 times 1 p through 1 l.r. In total, 18 stitches were decreased on 62 rows (31 rows). Knit the remaining 6 front rows without decreasing.
At a distance of 65 rows from the elastic, we make decreases under the armholes. It is necessary to decrease 21 stitches on 22 rows (11 rows).
Decrease pattern: 5 4 3 2 1x7 times.
On the next 10 l.r. you need to evenly pick up 3 loops and knit another 8 rows. The total height of the front armhole is 50 rows. There should be 12 loops left on the shoulder, just like on the back, which need to be reduced by 4 loops in 3 steps or removed on an additional knitting needle. 
Assembly
Sew up the shoulder seams or butt-join the open stitches left on additional needles.
Along the neckline, cast on 160 stitches on four 2.5mm knitting needles and knit in the round with a 2x2 rib for 11 rows (cast off 12 next to each other). Cast on 114 stitches on 2.5mm needles and knit 11 rows with 2x2 rib. Close 12 nearby. Sew up the side seams along with the armhole binding.

! When we introduced the white thread, it is worth conditionally dividing the knitting into 3 parts. The first part is blue, the second is white, the third is blue. Before inserting the white thread, unwind several meters of blue thread and cut it. We introduce a white thread, knit 8 loops with it and take the second part of the blue threads and knit with them. It turns out that we will knit all 3 parts separately, twisting threads of two colors in each row. This technique is called intarsia.
We knit a row from the wrong side to the place where the closed loops are and turn it over. We remove the first loop, knit the second and third together, then knit all the stitches. We repeat again. In the next front row, we again remove the first one, knit the second with the third, then knit another loop with white:

The sleeveless vest itself, that is, its main part, consists of two patterns. Both of them are shown in the pictures. A braid pattern is formed on the front sides, and we will follow the pattern on the back side.
Detailed description of the work
- The sleeveless vest consists of two halves. First you need to knit the back. To do this, we cast on 112 loops on thinner knitting needles and knit an elastic band - about 4 cm. We transfer the loops to thicker needles and move on to the main part of the vest.
- We fold both patterns. After the outermost edge, we perform pattern 1 - repeat the repeat 2 times, pattern 2 - repeat the repeat 1 time, pattern 1 - 2 repeats (mirror reflection), finish with the edge.
- After about 24 cm, the armholes begin. If you want the sleeveless vest to be longer, knit a few more centimeters. First we close 1*10 stitches on the left and right, and then 2*6 loops. After these steps, there should be 68 pieces left on the needles.
- We continue to work. After 11 cm we form shoulder bevels. To do this, close off 1*6 loops. After 40 cm from the cast-on row we finish knitting. The back is ready.
- The front differs from the back only in the presence of a neckline. For a height of 28 cm, knit the fabric in the same way as the back of the sleeveless vest.
- Next, close 2 loops in the middle. Now you have two parts, we knit them separately from each other. From the inside of the neck we reduce 1 pc. only 16 times.
- The shoulder slopes are similar to the back.
- All that remains is to assemble the knitted vest. Wet the parts a little and let them dry, you can smooth them with an iron. Sew the shoulders and then the sides.
- At the end, the final touch is to tie the armholes and neckline with an elastic band.

Sleeveless vest with jacquard pattern
The easiest way to knit a vest is with a jacquard pattern. This method is especially suitable for little fashionistas. Patterns that are too embossed can rub the baby’s delicate skin. The stockinette surface is more pleasant to wear. Consider a knitted vest with a diamond as an example of simple patterns. 
As always for children's things, we start with a pattern. The photo shows sizes 68 – 74 – 80. Based on this, draw the pattern you need. 
Knitting density – 10 cm2. – 15 loops and 34 rows. Place the diamond pattern in the middle of the front of the vest. If desired, it can be repeated on the back. 
The Pigtail pattern is knitted according to the pattern. Rapport consists of 6 loops and 2 rows. 
- For the back, cast on 72-78-84 stitches on needles No. 3. Instead of a regular elastic band, this pattern uses a braided pattern. Its height is approximately 4.5 cm. We follow the picture above from the arrow A-B-C.
- When the braids are finished, change the knitting needles to No. 3.5, and the pattern to the stockinette stitch. 7 loops must be reduced along the entire length of the row.
- The armholes begin at approximately 10.5 - 11.5 - 13.5 cm. We form them by decreasing 4 - 5 - 5 stitches once, and then every other row 5 - 6 - 6 times 1 stitch at a time.
- We will make a small cut on the back to make the vest comfortable to wear. We divide the canvas in half and perform it separately from each other. The height of the cut is 3-4 cm. We form the neck.
- The front part is knitted similarly to the back, only we place a rhombus jacquard in the middle.

The vest has its own characteristics. Since this is a warm version of the item, it is better to make the thread in two folds. We will not again analyze the general scheme of action, we will only describe how to knit the drawings into the canvas. 
We frame the bottom of the vest with an elastic band. We use knit and purl stitches alternately.
Pearl pattern - also knit and purl, only in each next row you need to shift the pattern by 1 step. Thus, you should have the opposite of each knit stitch - purl stitch and vice versa. 
Lane 1. We use scheme 1. From 10 to 12 p.m. knit 1 time, then repeat from 3 to 12.
Lane 2. We use scheme 2. We act similarly to scheme 1.
