2. Connect the front and back fabrics so that you don’t have to adjust the placement of the elements along the side seams later. For a sketch, refer to Fig.1, or show off your artistic side.
3. Knit circle and stripe samples to know the actual sizes of the elements. For example, the size of a part of a circle of 6 rows is easy to calculate for a circle of 8 rows.
4. Outline the location and size of the largest elements. They will be the centers of the composition, so there should not be many of them.
5. Mark the location of the connection strips between the elements and draw medium-sized elements. The direction of knitting these elements can be any. You should not draw the sketch in great detail, since during the knitting process a discrepancy in the sizes of the knitted elements and the drawn ones may be discovered. 9. During the knitting process, fill the remaining space with small elements and connecting rows.
